Role & responsibilities
Expert-level Python with 6+ years of experience and with a proven track record in large-scale ETL/pipeline development.
- Experience in data engineering (including data mapping), ideally with financial markets or time-series data, is a significant plus.
- AWS, Kubernetes, and Airflow skills - significant plus.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and performance optimization.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Prior team leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with team processes, workload planning, and team management.
- Experience in collaboration with other teams and streamlining cross-team processes.
