Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via s, s, or chats in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
Meet daily/weekly targets for handling, sales conversion, and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in CSR/Inbound/Sales/Chat roles (Domestic BPO).
Robust communication skills in English and Hindi language (written & spoken).
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
