- Position: SAP SD Consultant - Billing

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement workshops with finance and sales to translate invoicing rules into SAP SD billing designs
- Configure SAP SD billing (billing types, number ranges, billing relevance, copy control, etc.)
- Set up and manage order-related and delivery-related billing, invoice splits/combination, and invoice lists
- Configure credit/debit memos, returns billing, pro forma invoices, and billing cancellations
- Run, monitor, and troubleshoot billing due list processing and scheduled billing jobs
- Investigate and resolve billing incidents (incorrect values, missing/duplicate invoices, etc.) with permanent fixes
- Support month-end closing by identifying and resolving unbilled/blocked documents
- Maintain revenue account determination and collaborate with FI consultants on posting issues
- Define invoice output requirements and work with ABAP/output developers
- Write functional specifications for billing enhancements and integrations
- Lead and participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years SAP SD experience, specializing in billing configuration/support




- Deep knowledge of billing types, copy control, billing due list, and invoice split
- Working knowledge of SD pricing (condition value flow to billing)
- Hands-on experience with revenue account determination and SD-FI integration
- Experience in at least one SAP ECC/S4HANA full-cycle implementation or major support project
- Ability to write clear functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams
- Strong communication skills to explain billing issues and solutions to UK-based stakeholders

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills

- SAP S/4HANA Sales billing experience, including Fiori apps
- Experience with billing plans (periodic/milestone billing)
- Intercompany billing scenarios
- Exposure to e-invoicing or country-specific invoicing requirements

Working Style

- Work from Hyderabad office in UK shift, closely collaborating with UK teams
- Work with other SAP functional and technical consultants for end-to-end solutions
- Follow structured delivery: documented requirements, controlled changes, test evidence, and clear handover

Other Requirements

- Provident Fund (PF) membership is mandatory
