Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, develop and support scalable marketing automation solutions across customer communications, journeys, data management, personalization and platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities

SFMC Development

- Hands-on development using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder and CloudPages.
- Build responsive email templates, landing pages, forms and reusable campaign components.
- Develop personalized and dynamic solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Create and optimize SQL queries for audience segmentation, suppression, reporting and data processing.
- Build and schedule automations for data imports, exports, transformations and triggered communications.

Data & Integration

- Design and manage Data Extensions, Contact Models and relational database structures.
- Work with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support third-party integrations such as OneTrust.
- Handle inbound/outbound data integrations, secure file transfers and ETL processes.
- Support data preparation and integration for reporting and analytics.

Quality & Production Support

- Perform design reviews, code reviews, testing and production validation.




- Troubleshoot issues related to emails, journeys, automations, forms, data processes and integrations.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and support production issues.
- Prepare solution designs, test plans, documentation, runbooks and release communications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams and cross-functional technology teams.

- Solid analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
