Roles and Responsibilities

- Make business calls for approximately four hours daily to business owners, directors, and senior decision-makers.
- Present company-specific observations and ask relevant questions.
- Research companies using annual reports, credit rating notes, and public sources.
- Analyse revenue, costs, profit margins, and business challenges.
- Identify software use cases and their potential business impact.
- Build and improve software modules for identified business needs.
- Record business conversations and responses accurately.

Required Skills

- Good spoken communication and active listening skills.
- Basic understanding of revenue, costs, profit, margins, and percentages.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Programming fundamentals in any language.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and AI tools.
