Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the furniture & furnishing industry.
- Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior designer, hospitality projects, key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to identify recent sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in Sales or Business Development Management in the furniture & furnishing industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective business development plans.
- Strong understanding of architecture, hospitality, home furnishing markets and consumer behavior.
