Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement robust solutions on the Coveo Search platform.
- Create detailed functional and technical design documents aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Actively participate in Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban) including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain custom indexing pipelines, query pipelines, and extensions within Coveo.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance and relevance of search solutions.
- Contribute to and work within CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in search relevance, performance tuning, and UX outcomes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Coveo Expertise

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Coveo Search platform development.
- Strong experience across core Coveo modules:
- Indexing
- Indexing Pipeline Extensions
- Query Pipeline
- Automatic Relevance Tuning (ART)
- Query Suggestions (QS)
- Machine Learning Models
- Coveo Analytics

Search & Integration

- Robust understanding of:
- Indexing processes and content ingestion
- Query optimization and tuning techniques




- Relevance tuning strategies
- Hands-on experience with:
- Coveo Search APIs
- Integration of Coveo with UI applications
- Expertise in content indexing approaches:
- Out-of-the-box (OOB) connectors
- Push API
- Custom ingestion methods

Development & Technical Skills

- Proficiency in:
- RESTful Web Services and APIs
- Python
- SOAP/XML, JSON
- Strong experience in web development and API development (6+ years)

DevOps & Tools

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and technologies:
- Git
- Jenkins
- Maven
- Docker
- Kubernetes

Platform Management

- Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Coveo environments.
- Ability to build custom extensions and enhance search capabilities.
