Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and coordinating with IT professionals for US-based job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Source IT candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.

Source qualified candidates who are available for W2 opportunities.

Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic skills, experience, and availability.

Explain job opportunities, requirements, and work arrangements to candidates.

Coordinate candidate submissions with the recruitment team.

Maintain candidate information and update the ATS/recruitment database.

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, and onboarding.

Coordinate with account managers, recruiters,



and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain daily recruitment trackers and submit regular reports.

Build and maintain a strong W2 candidate pipeline.

Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Willingness to learn US IT Staffing and Recruitment.

Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
