Roles and Responsibilites

- Handle customer queries and provide timely, qualified support through calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Identify customer needs, collect feedback, and contribute to improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
