- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with ticket bookings and resolve guest queries.
- Support F&B; counters and promote upselling.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain hygiene and follow operational SOPs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: 12th Pass / BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management).
- Freshers with BHM qualification are welcome, provided they have relevant training or internship experience.
- 812 months of experience in Hospitality, Retail, or F&B; operations preferred.
- Positive communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing and cash handling.
- Strong customer service and guest-handling skills.
