We are looking for an experienced PMO & Project Specialist to support project governance, tracking, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and internal organizational activities.

The role requires someone who is highly organized, valuable at follow-ups and reporting, and comfortable working with leadership, project teams, vendors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and action items.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) and follow up on open items.
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, MIS, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with project teams, leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress and highlight risks, delays, and critical dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation and governance records.
- Support management reviews, project review meetings, and follow-ups.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, town halls, celebrations, team outings, and internal events.
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, and execution.




- Ensure timely closure of action items and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 510 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Project Operations, or Project Management.
- Strong understanding of project governance, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with RAID logs, project plans, dashboards, and status reports.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience coordinating corporate events or employee engagement activities.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Preferred

- Experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology organizations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or PMO certification.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and corporate events.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
