Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers for our LAP / Mortgage Loan business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, handling the complete sales process, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for LAP / Mortgage Loans through field visits, references, and other sourcing channels.
- Acquire new customers and develop strong customer relationships.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business.
- Collect and verify required customer documents and KYC.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.




- Maintain regular follow-ups until disbursement.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP / Home Loan / Mortgage Loan sales.
- Candidates with relevant secured lending experience will be preferred.
- Age: Below 32 years.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
