Role summary

Lead the design and quality of curriculum and training content across our skill development and education programmes, and guide a team of content developers.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end curriculum design for skilling and education programmes, from needs analysis to final delivery.
2. Develop content for soft skills, ITES, AI, digital skills, financial literacy and employability programmes.
3. Lead, review and mentor a team of content developers; set quality standards and style guidelines.
4. Plan content roadmaps and timelines in line with programme and donor (CSR) requirements.
5. Design assessment frameworks and evaluate learning outcomes using trainer and learner feedback.
6. Oversee e-learning, video and blended learning content with design and tech teams.
7. Coordinate with SMEs,



programme heads and partners; present content to stakeholders.
8. Drive content localisation and periodic revision of existing modules.

Key skills

- Advanced instructional design (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, learning principles)
- Curriculum architecture and programme-level content planning
- Team leadership, mentoring and content review
- Assessment and learning evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick model)
- Articulate Storyline / Rise, Adobe Captivate, LMS and SCORM
- Effective use of AI tools in content creation and review
- Stakeholder management, project management and excellent written English

Qualifications

- Graduate in Computer Science or a related field
- 6+ years in content, curriculum or instructional design.
- Portfolio of curriculum or programmes developed required
- Preferred: B.Ed / M.Ed or Instructional Design certification; skilling, NGO, EdTech or CSR experience
