Role & responsibilities

- Plan and conduct Dojo training programs for new joiners, operators, technicians, supervisors, and other shop-floor personnel
- Develop and maintain training modules, presentations, work instructions, demonstrations, and practical exercises
- Conduct skill assessments and competency evaluations before employees are certified for production handover.
- Maintain individual and departmental skill matrices and identify training gaps
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Engineering teams to ensure training content reflects current processes and standards
- Demonstrate correct work methods and ensure trainees understand the relationship between Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity
- Monitor trainee performance during practical sessions and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure the Dojo area, training equipment, tools, models, and visual management systems are maintained in valuable condition.

Preferred candidate profile

- Relevant experience in manufacturing, automotive, production and technical training
- Experience in conducting operator/technician training and competency assessments is desirable
