Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven professional to manage and scale our recruitment partner network, improve partner productivity and drive successful hiring outcomes.

Candidates with experience managing Network of more than 100 plus recruitment agencies or consumer/commodity related product/services with more than 100+ dealers, distributors or channel partners, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, activate and improve productivity across 1,000+ recruitment agency partners.
- Segment partners based on activity, submission quality and performance.
- Drive partner onboarding, engagement, retention and regular performance reviews.
- Coordinate recruitment mandates and hiring contests to ensure timely candidate submissions.




- Track partner performance, recruitment SLAs and mandate closures through MIS dashboards.
- Reactivate dormant partners and improve participation across active requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Recruitment operations and Client Success teams to resolve delivery bottlenecks.
- Ability to handle all escalations from the partner network and ensure resolution through timely interference.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-7 years in recruitment operations, vendor management, channel management or B2B operations.
- Proven experience managing a network of 100+ dealers, distributors, vendors or channel partners.
- Exposure to commodity products, FMCG, industrial products or B2B distribution preferred.
- Strong skills in partner relationship management, target achievement and performance monitoring.
- Experience with MIS reporting, operational metrics and team coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
