Job Title: Semi-Voice Process Executive
Location: Hyderabad I Shift: Night Shift I Employment: Full-time
Job Description:
We are hiring a Semi-Voice Process Executive to provide support to international customers via calls, emails, and chat. You will handle queries resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while working in night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails and chats Resolve customer queries efficiently Update CRM with accurate customer information
- Meet performance targets and maintain quality standards
Requirements:
- 12 years of customer support experience (semi- voice preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with night shifts and rotational weekends
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
