Role & responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies aligned with company vision and statutory requirements.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
- Maintain and update employee records using ERP/HRMS software.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records with accuracy.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Draft employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Conduct training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Address grievances, conflicts, and support performance management.
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and organizational structure.
