- Lead a team of technical professionals to provide application support for EMR, HIMS, PACS, and EHR systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues related to system performance, data integrity, and user access.
- Develop and maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
- Ensure timely resolution of critical incidents and escalations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 7-13 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in EMR/HIMs/PACS/EHR applications.
- Robust understanding of SQL database management systems (e.g., Oracle) and ability to write efficient queries.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders from various healthcare organizations.
