Backend Sales Support Engineer

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Work Location: Corporate Office, adjacent to Lulu Mall, KPHB, Hyderabad

Position: Backend Sales Support Engineer

Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Candidate Profile

- Gender: Female
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Around 34 years
- Candidates with relevant experience in sales support, technical sales coordination,

engineering or industrial products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide backend sales support to the sales and business development team.
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team for quotations, orders, documentation

and follow-ups.

- Prepare and maintain technical and commercial quotations/offers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/engineering team

for suitable solutions.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and order-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders and sales-related

information.

- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Execution and other internal departments to

ensure timely processing of customer requirements.

- Assist the sales team with preparation of techno-commercial proposals and other

customer documents.

- Follow up with customers regarding approvals, drawings, specifications and other

project requirements.





- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to the sales team and customers.
- Support the team in handling after-sales coordination and customer queries.
- Ensure timely communication and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain strong coordination between customers and internal departments.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to prepare quotations and technical/commercial documents
- Customer follow-up and relationship management
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Good written and verbal communication skills
