Role & responsibilities :
- HR Operations & Employee Engagement
- End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management
- Attendance, BGV, Salary Cases & HRMS Management
- Employee Relations & Business Partnering
- Identifying and Resolving Ground-Level Employee Challenges
- HR Policy Implementation & Employee Communication
Preferred candidate profile :
- Experience: 3 - 7 years of relevant experience in Business HR / HRBP / Field HR, preferably within NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Robust experience in manpower handling, employee lifecycle management, stakeholder management, and branch-level HR operations.
- Ability to work closely with business teams and manage HR requirements across a branch/cluster/state-level geography.
