About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced RPO Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise RPO engagements. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, client relationships, hiring governance, and recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate should have robust Talent Acquisition and RPO Program Management experience and the ability to manage senior stakeholders and large-scale hiring programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the overall RPO engagement and act as the senior point of contact for the client.
- Lead RPO implementation, transition, stabilization, and ongoing delivery.
- Develop and execute recruitment delivery strategies aligned with workforce and hiring plans.
- Build strong relationships with TA leadership, HR stakeholders, and senior hiring managers.
- Drive hiring governance, including SLA/KPI tracking, demand forecasting, reviews, and escalations.
- Lead and mentor onsite and offshore recruitment teams.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including requisition aging, hiring funnels, recruiter productivity, offer conversion, and joining ratios.




- Identify delivery risks and bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure quality hiring and a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with clients on talent-market intelligence, compensation insights, talent availability, and sourcing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, technology, reporting, and stakeholder experience.
- Ensure delivery commitments and client expectations are consistently met.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with significant leadership experience.
- Strong RPO / Recruitment Program Management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale or complex hiring programs.
- Experience with GCCs, technology/product organizations, or global enterprises is preferred.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment delivery, workforce planning, sourcing, and recruitment operations.
- Strong client and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with recruitment metrics, SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, and governance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and escalation-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage delivery challenges and complex recruitment programs.
