Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from planning to successful execution and closure. • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, KPIs, trackers, and review mechanisms. • Drive cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. • Identify risks, dependencies, operational challenges, and drive timely resolution. • Manage relationships and coordination with Indian universities, international universities, partner colleges, and institutional stakeholders. • Coordinate academic programs, international partnerships, meetings, MoUs, agreements, events, and related deliverables. • Take ownership of day-to-day office operations, administration, vendors, facilities, and internal processes. • Establish SOPs, workflows, reporting systems, and operational governance. • Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance while building a culture of accountability and ownership. • Support senior management in business development, current program launches, strategic initiatives, and organizational growth. • Ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, admissions, academic, and operations functions.




- Mandatory Requirements

:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience. • Proven Project Leadership & Project Management experience is mandatory. • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams. • Prior experience in a managerial/leadership role. • Strong experience in operations and administration management. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Strong planning, execution, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. • Ability to independently take ownership and drive initiatives to completion. • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and project management tools. • Willingness to travel for business and institutional requirements.

Preferred:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or related fields. • Experience in higher education, international education, institutional partnerships, or program management will be preferred.
