- - Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Team Leaders / Sales Managers to lead a team of sales executives and drive business growth for Credit Card / Personal Loan products.
- - The selected candidates will work with the leading bank’s business team and will be on the payroll of Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- - Key Responsibilities
- - * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Credit Card / Personal Loan Sales Executives.
- * Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- * Generate leads through branch, corporate, open market, direct sales, and other channels.
- * Monitor individual and team performance on a regular basis.
- * Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer handling, lead conversion, and sales techniques.
- * Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC and process guidelines.
- * Identify recent business opportunities and implement effective lead-generation strategies.




- * Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Credit, Underwriting, and Disbursement for smooth processing.
- * Track applications, approvals, card issuance / loan disbursement, and overall sales performance.
- * Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports for management.
- * Ensure good customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
