About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who enjoy communicating with people, have a positive attitude, and are eager to build a career in customer interaction, sales, or business development. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them with the right information while building the foundation skills for a long-term career in telesales or customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain company products, services, and offers clearly and accurately
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers
- Update customer and lead information in Excel sheet
- Identify qualified leads and forward them to the concerned team
- Schedule appointments, callbacks, or meetings as required
- Handle basic customer objections and queries professionally
- Escalate complex queries to senior team members when necessary




- Provide timely updates to the reporting manager

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent)
- Good verbal communication skills in English/regional languages
- Confident and polite phone etiquette
- Robust listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive, target-driven attitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Good to Have

- Prior internship/academic experience in customer interaction
- Exposure to college-level sales or promotional activities
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools
- Knowledge of additional regional languages
