Position Title: Lead Technical Recruiter US IT Staffing

Location: Hyderabad/ Vijayawada (On-Site)

Night Shift:6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (IST)

The Lead Technical Recruiter oversees endtoend recruitment for USbased IT roles, driving sourcing, screening, client coordination, and candidate closures. This role requires deep knowledge of US hiring processes, VMS portals, immigration categories (H1B, GCEAD, CPT/OPT), and the ability to lead a team while managing highvolume and niche technical requirements. The recruiter acts as a strategic partner to delivery managers and clients, ensuring timely and highquality staffing for contract, contracttohire, and fulltime positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fullcycle recruitment for US IT roles .
- Manage client interactions, intake calls, requirement analysis, and delivery expectations.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social recruiting, referrals, and passive talent engagement.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, US work authorization, and project suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, rate negotiations, and offer closures.
- Track recruitment metrics (submissions,



interviews, hires, timetofill) and optimize delivery.
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing techniques, communication, and client management.
- Partner with account managers to forecast hiring needs and support client growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6-10 years of experience in US IT Staffing with proven leadership capability.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), pay rates, and vendor ecosystems.
- Expertise in sourcing niche technical skills and engaging passive candidates.
- Handson experience with ATS tools and VMS portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple highpriority requirements simultaneously.
- Robust analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with MSP/VMSdriven enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of US immigration categories (H1B, GCEAD, L2EAD, OPT/CPT).
- Prior experience mentoring or leading recruitment teams.
- Exposure to highvolume contract staffing environments.
