Required Skills

- 59 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Good understanding of HR Case Management and HR Services.
- Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions and ACLs.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow configuration.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.




- Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Employee Center / Employee Service Center.
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub.
- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM or IntegrationHub.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA or CAD.
- ServiceNow HRSD-related certification or implementation experience.
