Shift Details

This role requires working in rotational shifts.

Work Setting

- 24x7 NOC operations/Rotational Shifts





Shift Timings:

- 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
- 2:30 AM 10:30 AM
- 10:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Shift rotation takes place approximately every two months.
- Company-provided transportation is available for eligible shifts.

Work Model

- 100% Work From Office (WFO)
- No hybrid work option available.
- 5 days a week WFO is mandatory.
- Diploma Full time also fine

Role Overview

The NOC Engineer will be responsible for real-time monitoring, incident detection, alarm handling, ticket management, troubleshooting, escalation management, and coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure service availability and SLA compliance.
