Position Details

Role: Client Relationship Officer (Voice Process)
Work Location: 4th Floor, Shrestra Marvel Building, above Q mart, opp. Radisson Hotel, P Janardhan Reddy Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032

Shift Timings: Night Shifts

Experience: 0–3 years (Fresher’s with excellent communication skills can apply)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate client support services while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and positive customer experiences.
Build, nurture, and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups (emails, phone calls).
Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations with confidence and professionalism.
Analyze client needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure speedy resolution of service issues.
Support the sales and negotiation process by closing deals and maintaining client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
Adhere to tasks, priorities,



and reporting requirements as directed by the Reporting Manager on a daily basis.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Meet and exceed performance targets, SLAs, and deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 0–3 years in Customer Support / Client Servicing / Sales (BPO/KPO experience preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English, explicit accent, pleasant tone, and active listening skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management abilities.
Personality Traits: Go-getter attitude, problem-solving mindset, ability to handle pressure, and a commitment to teamwork.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts.
