D365 CRM Developer with Azure

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Developer with robust hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Azure and Microsoft Power Platform.

The candidate should have strong development experience in D365 CRM customization, Plugins, C#/.NET, JavaScript, Dataverse and integrations, along with hands-on experience with Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
- Work on D365 CRM modules including Sales and Customer Service.
- Develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom Actions and Custom APIs.
- Perform D365 customization using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Work with Dataverse, entities, relationships, business rules and security.
- Develop integrations between D365 CRM and external applications.
- Implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
- Work with Azure API Management (APIM) and REST/Web APIs.
- Develop and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Work with Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD for deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve D365 CRM and integration issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing and deployment.
- Follow best practices for Dynamics 365,



Azure and Power Platform development.

Candidate Profile

- 6–12 years of IT experience with strong relevant experience in D365 CRM development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE customization and development.
- Experience integrating D365 CRM with Azure services and external applications.
- Good experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Important Requirement

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, along with relevant experience in Azure and Microsoft Power Platform.

Candidates with only Azure, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI experience without hands-on D365 CRM/CE development experience will not be considered.
