Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, maintain infrastructure, and ensure reliable software delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, scripting, configuration management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployment validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
- Manage build pipelines, release processes, deployment workflows, and version control integrations.
- Automate build, deployment, configuration, and operational activities to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Perform configuration management and workplace provisioning using suitable automation tools.
- Validate software installers, deployment packages, and release artifacts before and after deployment.
- Execute deployment verification, smoke testing, and post-deployment validation to ensure application stability.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and/or PowerShell.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health, identify issues, troubleshoot failures, and support root-cause analysis.
- Manage development, testing, staging, and production environments, ensuring consistency across environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, release management,



and infrastructure teams to resolve build and deployment issues.
- Implement best practices for pipeline security, access management, artifact management, and release governance.
- Maintain technical documentation for CI/CD pipelines, deployment procedures, configuration changes, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort, deployment failures, and release cycle time.

Required Skills

- 56 years of experience in DevOps, build and release engineering, or deployment automation.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of build automation, release management, and deployment workflows.
- Experience with configuration management and infrastructure or environment automation.
- Knowledge of installer validation, deployment testing, and release verification.
- Scripting experience using Python and/or PowerShell.
- Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, log analysis, and environment management.
- Good understanding of Git, version control, and software development and release processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across development, QA, and operations teams.

Good to Have

- Experience with firmware or embedded software build pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of QA automation, test automation frameworks, and automated validation.
- Familiarity with artifact repositories, security scanning, and deployment best practices.
