- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment against job requirements and company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with a pool of qualified candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in an IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding new hires.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
