Job Description
- 3+ years of experience in OPT Recruiting / US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and other US work authorizations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen and qualify IT candidates based on job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Market qualified candidates to suitable requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Maintain solid candidate relationships.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment/placement targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Candidate marketing and interview coordination experience is an added advantage.
