Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quotation Executive / Quantity Estimator with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the interior design or modular furniture industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, material estimates, cost estimates, and quotations for interior and modular furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs for interior and modular furniture projects.
- Study interior design drawings, layouts, and specifications to calculate quantities.
- Estimate materials for modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage units, TV units, vanities, and customized furniture.
- Calculate material requirements for plywood, MDF, laminates, acrylic, glass, hardware, and fittings.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and project quotations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material pricing and quotations.
- Work closely with Design, Procurement,



and Project teams to confirm material requirements.
- Identify quantity discrepancies, scope gaps, and drawing-related issues.
- Prepare material requirement sheets and maintain estimation records.
- Track project quantities, material requirements, and variations.
- Support billing and measurement verification wherever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in interior design, modular furniture, or interior fit-out companies.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and material costing.
- Understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage units, and customized furniture.
- Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings and layouts.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
- Understanding of material pricing, hardware, accessories, and vendor quotations.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in quotation preparation, BOQ, quantity estimation, material estimation, and costing for interior or modular furniture projects will be preferred.
