Role & responsibilities
- Track daily stock movement, consumption, waste, and shortages.
- Receive deliveries, verify vendor invoices, and check goods against Purchase Orders (PO) for quality and temperature.
- Enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principles for perishables.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and manage reorder levels
- Ensure strict adherence to local health codes, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
- Maintain clean dining, kitchen, storage, and pest-free areas.
- Ensure proper product labeling, date-marking, and temperature logs
