Talent Acquisition Specialist US IT Staffing

Shift: US Night Shift, 6:30PM - 3:30AM, 5 Days WFO
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, and internal databases.
- Work on H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT and other work authorization categories.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable technical candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate rates/salary and coordinate with candidates through the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.




- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely submissions.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US work authorization and visa processes, especially H1B.
- Good knowledge of US IT technologies and job requirements.
- Experience with LinkedIn and US job portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the US night shift.
