Location : Aurangabad.

Job Description:

- Acquire and manage medium and large commercial vehicle fleets, typically with 20+ vehicles, with a strong focus on fleets of 100+ vehicles.
- Generate and deliver 500+ retread tyres per month from key fleet accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet Owners, Transporters, Fleet Managers,



Purchase Heads and Workshop Heads.
- Identify tyre replacement and retreading requirements and convert opportunities into recurring business.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, sales volume growth and timely collections.
- Coordinate closely with branch operations to ensure seamless customer service, tyre pickup/delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, customer requirements and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain disciplined customer visit plans, sales pipeline, opportunity tracking and conversion reports.
- Develop long-term key-account relationships to increase fleet penetration, repeat business and revenue growth.
- Ideal candidate background: Sales professionals with experience in CV tyres, retreading, lubricants, fleet sales or automotive aftermarket, particularly those with strong recent customer acquisition/hunting and field-sales exposure.
