Role & responsibilities
- Perform quality inspection and functional testing of Chai brewing and Ingredient Dispenser machines.
- Check dispensing accuracy, sensors, pumps, electrical systems, and overall machine performance.
- Identify defects, coordinate with vendors for resolution, and conduct re-testing.
- Maintain QA checklists, test reports, and machine acceptance records.
- Ensure quality compliance before machine dispatch.
- Cafe visits for machine troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Hands-on machine testing and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and technical specifications.
- Basic MS Excel skills for reporting and documentation.
- Understanding of SOPs and basic quality control processes.
