Working on full end-to-end recruitment in Direct Hire positions.

Interacting with US Citizens.

Working on Technology, Technical roles, and Technical skills

Source candidates using Job Portals.

Sourcing, Screening & Calling Candidates

Preferred candidate profile

Must have excellent communications skills ( No MTI)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

A good understanding of the US recruitment process and market.

Willingness to work night shifts.

Must be willing to work from the office four days a week.

Willing to work at least 1 year

**CTC**: 2,40,000 P.A. to 3,50,000 P.A.

**Training Period**: First month training to be conducted **onsite at the office**.

**Shift Timings**: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (both during and after training)
