Role & responsibilities

- Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare detailed production-ready drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Prepare 2d drawings, and BOQs while coordinating with the design and production teams.

Verify site readiness, civil conditions, and service points before manufacturing and installation.

Supervise in office installation activities, ensuring quality, dimensional accuracy, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Resolve measurement and execution-related issues by coordinating with designers, carpenters, vendors, and project teams to minimize rework.

Maintain measurement records, site progress reports, customer sign-offs, and ensure timely project completion and handover

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Ability to prepare detailed production/shop drawings.
-
Strong understanding of modular furniture, site measurements, and interior execution.
-
Positive communication and coordination skills.
-
23 years of experience in modular residential interiors
