About the Role

Satguru Tours and Travels is looking for a Travel Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in airline reservations, ticketing, GDS operations, and customer service, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight reservations using GDS platforms.
- Manage ticketing, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes as per airline policies.
- Work on Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms for reservations and ticketing.
- Check and interpret fare rules, ticket conditions, and airline policies.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel suppliers for confirmations and issue resolution.
- Respond to customer queries through phone and email professionally and promptly.
- Monitor booking queues and ensure pending transactions are completed within defined TAT/SLA.
- Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation.
- Handle booking modifications and provide suitable travel options based on customer requirements.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,airline regulations, and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Travel Operations, Airline Ticketing, or Corporate Travel.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre GDS.
- Good knowledge of ticketing, reissue, refund, cancellation, fare rules, and flight reservations.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in corporate travel / TMC operations.
- Knowledge of both domestic and international air travel.
- Strong understanding of GDS commands and airline fare rules.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused approach with strong ownership of tasks.
