Responsibilities
- Manage cloud instances, networking, security groups, and IP allocation.
- Administer Ubuntu and Windows systems, including GPU drivers.
- Manage Docker containers and troubleshoot logs.
- Configure and troubleshoot Nginx, reverse proxies, and load balancers.
- Use SQL to debug issues and fix data.
- Automate operations and log analysis using Python.
- Handle client onboarding, escalations, and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, or System/Application Support.
- Solid Docker and Ubuntu Linux command-line skills.
- Advanced SQL and Python scripting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Nginx configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and networking.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
