About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Software Development Consultant to work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, develop scalable software applications, and improve existing systems. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software applications.
• Evaluate existing systems, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend architectural improvements.
• Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Participate in architectural discussions and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective, maintainable solutions.
• Work with databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, implementation plans, and project estimates.
• Support deployment, production troubleshooting, and ongoing application maintenance.




• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Manage multiple technical assignments while meeting project timelines and quality expectations. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–7 years of skilled experience in software development, engineering consulting, or technical solution delivery.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or Go.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience diagnosing application issues, debugging code, and improving system performance.
• Robust communication, analytical reasoning, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven architectures.




• Experience with Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, or similar application frameworks.
• Understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Exposure to infrastructure as code, observability, logging, and performance monitoring.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting engagements or delivering solutions across multiple projects. Core Competencies
