Role Description As a Lead Generation Specialist intern at OunCatalyst, you will support the growth of our learner and partner network by identifying and sourcing recent leads through online research, social platforms, and professional networks. You will qualify leads based on predefined criteria, maintain accurate records in tracking tools or CRM systems, and share regular reports with the team. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective partners or learners via email or messaging, supporting sales and outreach campaigns,



and collaborating with team members to improve lead generation strategies. This is a remote internship role, offering flexibility and exposure to a mission-driven education and career development environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess lead-focused skills, including New Leads and Lead Generation.
• Candidates should possess outreach and relationship-building skills, including Communication and Sales.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills, including Research and data-driven evaluation of lead quality.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a structured manner.
• Comfort working with online tools, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
