Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator – Social Media role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 per month. The role involves planning and creating engaging social media content (posts, reels, short videos, and stories) aligned with the brand’s voice and goals. The Content Creator will manage and update social media channels, draft captions and scripts, and coordinate basic design or visual requirements with the creative team. Day-to-day tasks include researching trends, brainstorming content ideas, maintaining a content calendar, and monitoring audience engagement and feedback. The role may also involve collaborating with other team members on campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong skills in social media content creation, including writing captions, scripting short-form videos, and generating creative ideas suitable for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Candidates should possess basic skills in visual content production, such as familiarity with smartphone video recording, simple photo/video editing tools, and an eye for aesthetic layouts and branding.
• Candidates should possess skills in digital communication and audience engagement, including responding to comments or messages, understanding platform analytics at a basic level, and optimizing content for reach and interaction.
• Candidates should possess organizational and planning skills, including managing a content calendar, meeting deadlines, and coordinating smoothly with marketing, design, and operations teams.
• Relevant qualifications include strong written and verbal communication skills in English, comfort speaking on camera if needed, and the ability to work in office in Delhi on a full-time schedule.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in social media, content creation, or internships in marketing; familiarity with career or education-related content; and a proactive approach to learning new tools and trends.
