The Team Leader Overdue Recovery role is based on-site at Wave Silver Tower, 10th Floor, Noida Sector-18. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Team Leader Overdue Recovery at Royal Money. The role involves leading and supervising a team responsible for recovery of overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up with customers through calls and other communication channels. The team leader will monitor portfolio performance, analyze repayment trends, and implement recovery strategies in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include setting daily and weekly targets, coaching team members, resolving escalated customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and settlements.



The role also requires coordinating with internal stakeholders such as operations, credit, and compliance to improve processes and enhance customer experience while achieving recovery goals. Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to set targets, provide feedback, and motivate recovery agents.
• Experience in collections, overdue recovery, or related credit control functions within financial services or NBFC/fintech environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve customer disputes professionally.
• Good analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in using spreadsheets or recovery/CRM systems to track performance and metrics.
• Sound understanding of lending processes, basic credit concepts, and regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to collections.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to balance recovery objectives and fair, transparent treatment of customers.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
