About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the overall pharmacy operations within a hospital/clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately dispense prescribed medications and verify dosage, interactions, and contraindications
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and inventory of pharmaceutical stock
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and precautions
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for prescription clarifications and patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, hospital protocols, and drug safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, prescriptions, and controlled substances
• Monitor expiry dates and manage stock rotation to minimize wastage




• Assist in procurement and vendor coordination for medical supplies
• Support audits and ensure adherence to statutory/legal pharmacy requirements Required Qualifications & Skills
• Degree in Pharmacy (B.
Pharm, D.
Pharm) from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, or retail pharmacy setting
• Valid pharmacist registration/license as per state pharmacy council requirements
• Strong knowledge of drug interactions, dosage calculations, and pharmacy software/inventory systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Valuable communication skills for patient counseling and team coordination
