About the Role
This role focuses on building strong relationships with international clients through professional communication, regular follow-ups, and effective coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client calls, understanding their needs, and scheduling meetings while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients across the US and Canada.
• Understand client requirements, document key details,



and keep client records updated.
• Coordinate with internal teams to share client requirements and ensure timely updates.
• Schedule and arrange client meetings, calls, and appointments.
• Follow up with clients regarding requirements, scheduled meetings, and pending discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meeting schedules, and follow-up activities.
• Build qualified client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the process. ? What We're Looking For
• 1years
- 3 years of experience in international BPO, customer support, client coordination, or international calling.
• Knowledge or experience in the mortgage or finance sector will be an added advantage.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional communication style.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and client-handling skills.
• A proactive, presentable, and well-organized personality.
• Comfortable communicating with US and Canadian clients.
