Role Description This is a full time, on-site Content Creator – Social Media role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, writing captions, shooting or sourcing visuals, coordinating with designers, and scheduling content to align with campaign calendars. The Content Creator will monitor engagement, respond to comments or messages where required, and adjust content based on performance metrics.



The role also includes supporting basic campaign ideation, staying updated on social media trends, and ensuring brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging. Qualifications
• Ability to plan and create social media content, including posts, captions, and short-form copy for multiple platforms.
• Skill in basic visual content creation, such as using tools like Canva or similar applications for simple graphics and layouts.
• Comfort with social media management tasks, including scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and reporting basic performance metrics.
• Strong written communication skills in English with attention to clarity, grammar, and tone.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, audience targeting, and brand positioning on social media.
• Creativity and the ability to generate original ideas that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, collaborate with team members, and manage time effectively to meet content deadlines.
• Prior experience in social media content creation or internships in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related discipline is an advantage.
