Role Description The Franchise Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of franchise stores, ensuring adherence to brand standards, service quality, and operational efficiency. The position involves monitoring store performance, guiding franchise partners on business planning, and supporting them in achieving revenue and profitability targets. The Franchise Operations Manager will conduct regular store visits, review P&L; performance, analyze operational data,



and implement improvements in processes and customer service. The role also includes coordinating with internal departments for supply chain, marketing, and training initiatives to support franchise growth and consistency. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Business Planning and Franchising for multi-store or retail franchise environments.
• Strong Operations Management capabilities, including process optimization and store performance oversight.
• Robust Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data to drive decisions.
• Experience with P&L; Management, budgeting, and profitability improvement in a retail or service-based business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in retail, franchise operations, or multi-location business management.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with franchise partners.
• Ability to work in office, travel to franchise locations as needed, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
