Role Description The Co-Founder for the soft toy factory at Kitbit will play a key leadership role in establishing and scaling the soft toy manufacturing vertical. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes overseeing production operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing vendor and supplier relationships. The Co-Founder will collaborate on product design and development, aligning soft toy offerings with Kitbit’s educational and sustainability-focused brand vision. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, production data, and financial reports for informed decision-making.
• Research capabilities to analyze consumer preferences, competitive landscape, and product innovation opportunities.




• Experience in manufacturing, operations management, or supply chain, preferably in toys, consumer goods, or related sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, take ownership, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance standards relevant to children’s products and soft toys.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field; an advanced degree or prior founding experience is an advantage.
